Employment Training

At Vasko Electric we believe that each dollar spent on training is a dollar well spent for all. That is why our apprentices participate in the state-approved five-year WECA apprenticeship program, featuring intensive on-the-job and classroom training. Our Foreman receive a minimum of 48 hours a year in field proficiency training, including job site communications, scheduling, reporting procedures, code updates and the latest installation methods. Project managers and estimators receive training throughout the year, which encompasses on-site training, and industry enhancement courses.
